STRENGTH

By now you will have laid the foundations of performance with MINDSET, CARDIO, NUTRITION, and MUSCLE. Here we introduce heavier compound movements such as Deadlifts, weighted Squats and Bench Press, or their variations depending on your orthopaedic profile and the positional demands of the exercise. We focus on technique and progress your strength to the next level.
